At New Life Care, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent refund process.


1. Eligibility for Refund

Due to the sensitive nature of our medical and healthcare products, refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or expired upon delivery.

  • You received the wrong item or incomplete order.

  • You report the issue within 3 days of delivery.

Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene and health safety reasons.


2. Return Window

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.


3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage/issue

  • A brief description of the problem

 4. Refund Processing

Once approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay).

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.


5. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after product dispatch

  • Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling

  • Used, opened, or tampered products

  • Products returned without prior approval


6. Replacements

Wherever possible, we will first try to replace the item rather than refund. If replacement is not feasible, a refund will be issued.
